Terms and Conditions

For your business meeting or conference we are able to offer a choice of venues, either our main function room for booking anytime, or our more intimate meeting/conference room which is available 9.30am to 5.30pm, both subject to availability.

Our main function suite can accommodate up to 130 delegates depending on layout and customer requirements. We are able to supply various equipment to help with your function i.e Flip chart with marker pens, overhead projector and screen, large screen colour TV with video or DVD, paper and pen/pencil for delegates, also offering a photo copy and fax service.

Full catering facilities are available starting with full or continental breakfast, tea/coffee break with biscuits/croissants or Danish pastry, buffet lunch (hot or cold). For smaller meetings we can offer a full two or three course lunch, afternoon tea/coffee break with biscuits or scones and dinner is also available.

For the longer conference we also have up to 15 rooms available for your overnight stay.
